The National Association of Human Resource Consultants is geared to advance the professionalism of individuals operating as an HR Consultant, as a member of an HR Consulting firm, or as an employee in the Human Resources Department of an organization. Members of the National Association of Human Resource Consultants (NAHRC) are committed to:

  1. The highest degree of professionalism in applicant selection, employee management and development.
  2. Being highly knowledgeable in germane areas employers must address and comply with in the HR management process.

Code of Ethics; To provide the highest potential quality services to any organization. To stand behind the quality of those services and professionalism in the performance of said services and to insure that the organization or employee to whom the services are rendered is satisfied with the quality of the services rendered and the professionalism of the consultant rendering said service.

The purpose of NAHRC is to provide a resource in training and development for Human Resources Consultants to equip them in the areas represented above.

NAHRC further provides back up services through other consultant members to assist members in areas that they are not thoroughly knowledgeable, comfortable in or do not have time or desire to provide those services to their clients.

MEMBERSHIP

People who have the highest integrity, quality, and standards should apply to NAHRC for membership.

Membership requires that the individual pass the NAHRC Certification Test.

    • Dr. Robert L. Sniderman, with a Ph.D in Psychology, is a recognized leader in the area of psychological testing, counseling, rehabilitation matters regarding testing and unemployment policies.

    • Mr. James Gutierrez and his team implement a consultative approach to developing AAPs that fit each organization's specific needs and personality. Available to conduct compensation analysis based on the OFCCP process and court process for employers to identify pay disparities.

    • Mr. Richard Ference, CPA A diversified HR Consultant who also brings over 30 years of accounting and financial experience.
    • Mrs. Royce Moran is a nationally known and accepted specialist in quality procedures and techniques in background checking and drug-testing.

    • Mr. Paul Nolan is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer in employment screening through telephone, computerized testing, and employment testing in general, and staffing for manufacturing and retail facilities.

    • Mr. Bruce Kuehnl, former OFCCP compliance officer and consultant to businesses in OFCCP compliance.
